"Irish" was born into a family with 2 older brothers. He and his brothers founded the famous Tracey Fighting Systems by wrestling and grappling in the family basement. Training in the ways of TFS has molded Rob into an aggressive fighting machine. He doesn't fight for money or for fame. He fights for his family name and the fighting style they created. When asked what he wants from his MMA career he said "To brutally finish the next opponent I face"
