It will be interesting to see what Santos’ game plan will be heading into this bout and whether he will play into where Ribeiro is most dangerous.
Ladies and gentlemen, in the main event of the evening, a fight between two of the most dangerous up-and-coming undefeated prospects in the Middleweight division. For the third and final time tonight, an “O’s got to go” as Spaniard David Alvarado (4-0, 0-0 RL) aims to make it 5 submissions in a row as he takes on the ultra-dangerous Brazilian striker Ignacio Lopes (2-0, 0-0 RL), who has ended both of his pro victories in a combined 67 seconds. It would be a shock if this fight hits the scorecards in what is the definition of a blink-or-you'll-miss-it fight. Will Alvarado break Lopes’ arm, or will Lopes break him with them? What is certain, though, is that the man who comes out on top will have a bright future in this sport.
