Born to a Chinese father and a Japanese mother in the cultural haven that is East London, Baron Li grew up far from conventionally for a future MMA fighter as while he took martial arts and kickboxing as extracurriculars, he truly enjoyed the rock and metal scenes locally. Working as a security guard on the side for iconic bands such as Slipknot, Linkin Park and BABYMETAL, he continued to train in MMA and now looks to turn Pro under the Trinity banner. |
