Last night I lost to a better fighter who is no doubt a future champion and apparently closer on the path than I am. I am absolutely devastated but I have never felt such a level of motivation to insure something like this doesn't happen again. Thank you to Quincy Hanley for the beat down and the lessons that came with it, but I fear for my next opponent's long-term health.
