I was able to get Werdum at +170 as the line opened ive got $150 on him. He will not risk satnding with AA, He'll sub em in the 2nd round via arm Triangle. Assurio Silva will beat knogo via G n' P in the first. If merrero was able to hold Kongo down assuerio will as well the difference being he'll punish em while he's there. I put 5 on Gonzaga just cause of the long odds. I put 25 on Sinosec because I havent been impressed with Bisping his take down defence is awful and He has never faced any one of note. Elvis probably will loose this fight via KO but there is definately a shot That Bisping gest put on his back and tapped out by a very game Elvis who really has nothing to loose. I'd like to join your panel. So far this year ive turned £100 into £800 on pinnaclesports.com, I bet fantasy money and last year I turned $1000 into over $100,000 and this year im on $5,000. For this event my moneys on david heath, gonzaga and arlovski. I didnt bet much tho as all the fights im interested in from a betting perspective involve fighters im not too familiar with (IE I like the look of.. valimaki, crocota and assuncao). Regarding Gonzaga the reason I feel he can pull it off is simple. He's bigger then crocop and beat cop in 2/3 aspects of mma (wrestling and bjj). Of course the fight is not that simple as crocop has amazing TD defence but I still feel Gonzaga has more then enough power that crocop has to appreciate his punches, this in itself means that gabriels wrestling edge (he took wrestling machine carmello marrero down in a fight) may be enough to get cop down. Dont get me wrong mirko is and should be favoured but at 5.2 (i use decimal odds!) gabriels a steal. David Heath-lyoto follows the logic of jardine-griffin and lambert-babalu)..2 fighters with similar records and abilities but who differ in hype. Lyoto has not looked amazing and worthy of his hype in a fe of his fights. Solid fighter..yes but IMO his odds are what I would expect if a chuck or randy were fighting heath and lyoto isn't quite there yet. Andrei is Fast, Strong, Smart, and is probably one of the most athletic fighters that fights in the UFC. Werdum is a BJJ wizz that trains with crocop. Iv seen a bunch of Werdum fights and he abviously is very impressive on the ground. But as Mike said, his standup is weak and his chin will be exposed against Arlovski. Werdum beat Aleksander Emelianenko who is a very simular fighter to Arlovski as they are both Quick, perfer to stand, and hit with major power. That fight took place in a very small ring, making a takedown quite easier to get. In the UFC, they will be fighting in a very large 8 sided area. I see this fight ending in a KO by Arlovski in the begining of the 2nd round. UFC 70
