This is the best place in Helsinki where you can build your fighters' fitness and start working on his fighting skills.
Best equimpent and pristine cleanliness.
Our team of skilled coaches will teach your boys the basics of every aspect of the fight as well as take care of their physical abilities.
There's no better place in Helsinki for a rookie or a fighter on a tight budget.

Sparring schedule:

Boxing: Mon/Wed/Fri PM
BJJ: Mon/Thu AM and Sat PM
Wrestling: Tue/Fri AM
MT: Wed/Sat AM

On each of the aforementioned slots there is at least one of my guys who's really skilled at the practised art (at least Wonderful).
