Brownie shoots in but no luck this time.

Dan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Brownie misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Brownie moves away from the strike by Dan.
Brownie tries to counter by closing the distance.
Dan uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Brownie.
Dan slaps away a takedown attempt from Brownie, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Brownie jabs Dan to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Dan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Brownie looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dan takes a swing at Brownie's ribcage but misses.
Dan does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Dan has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Elite Underground Training Facility in the buildup to the fight.
Brownie uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dan.
Brownie takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Dan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A big left from Dan misses.
Brownie drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Dan defends it well.

Brownie lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dan at a distance.
Dan takes a jab right on the kisser.
Dan throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Brownie.
Brownie shoots in looking for a takedown but Dan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Brownie's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Dangerous Dan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shaun Brownie.

Dan throws a solid leg kick but Brownie takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Dan.

Dan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Brownie! But no joy.
